If you have a Bible handy, the book of Revelation tells a lot about the end times. The Gospels also have excerpts where Jesus talks about the end times. The books of Joel and Ezekiel also mention the end times. If you do not have a Bible, then let me know, and I will post or E-mail more specifically. About the battle(s)...(Revelation 19-20) Jesus returns as the Rider on the White Horse. He is called Faithful and True. He has eyes of fire and blood-dripped clothing and He has a name no one else knows. The armies of heaven will follow Him in all of His glory. From His mouth comes a sword with which He will strike down the nations of the earth. Satan will be seized by an ANGEL and locked up for 1000 years. When the devil is freed, he will gather his armies from the corners of the earth numbering like grands of sand. He will go to God's holy city and surround the encampment where God's army/people are, but fires from heaven will engulf the evil army, and Satan will be thrown into the Lake of Fire where the beast and false prophet were thrown, and there the devil will be tormented for eternity. That was my paraphrase of the two chapters(I don't have a Bible on me to put it word for word, but again, you can E-mail/post to let me know if you want more specifics or references or whatever). The key is that Jesus has already won the Holy War. It is up to us whether or not we choose to be a part of the victory. The devil....well as a fallen angel and to be seized by an angel in the end times and tossed....that bad boy is in for it, and I mean IN FOR IT! Beacon Deacon
