I will respond about angels. I believe in angels/seraphs/cherubs as the servants of the Lord Jesus Christ(God). I believe that some of the "coincidental" phenomenons/miracles result from angels or directly from the Holy Spirit(God) Himself. I do acknowledge demons as angels of hell, but when I refer to them, I will use the term demons. When I say angels, I refer to the holy servants of the Lord God Almighty. I also believe that the armies of the Lord God Almighty are constituted of angels. ======================================================================= Here are quotes from some Bible verses, and a list of verses from the Bible (the verses in the list mention or apply to angels.) : The Bible: "Be not afraid to have strangers in your house, for some therby have entertained angels unawares." --Hebrews 13:2 "Praise ye Him, all His angels; praise ye Him, all His hosts." --Psalm 148:2 "For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways; they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone." --Psalm 91:11,12 (Thanks JOSE~) "Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of Salvation?" --Hebrews 1:14 "The chariots of God are twenty thousand, even thousands of angels: the Lord is among them, as in Sinai, in the holy place." --Psalm 68:17 "See, I am sending an angel ahead of you to guard you along the way and to bring you to the place I have prepared." --Exodus 23:20 "There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. Still others mention angels as God's holy servants and give examples of what angels do. I hope my posts have helped. AUTHOR'S NOTE: In modern New Age philosophy, Angels are idolized and even worshiped. To some, they are spirit guides. This is to be forbidden. Angels are very real, and some (SOME) are good, but they are servants of the God Most High. They are not to be objects of worship or spirit guides. Heed this verse in Revelation: Then the angel said to me, "Write: `Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!'" And he added, "These are the true words of God." At this I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, "Do not do it! I am a fellow servant with you and with your brothers who hold to the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. -- Revelation 19:9-10, NIV --James A. Johnson
