GUIDE LINES TO PREACHING,TEACHING,AND STUDYING

1. Depend totally upon the Holy Spirit.(obeying the Spirits leading
will supercede <U>any</U> formula or system you will learn in any class.)
2. You must desire that those you teach be as knowledgable as you are in
the particular area you`re teaching when you have finished.
3. You must not be jealous of the knowledge that God wants to give others.
4. You validate your teaching by the Word. You do not validate the Word by
your teaching.
5. Don`t place yourself above those you are teaching in order to display
your knowledge.
6. Be patient, realizing that you must convey to those taught in a limited
time what it has taken you weeks to receive from God.
7. Listen to those you`re teaching. Listening is as much a part of teaching
as speaking is.
8. Don`t be afraid of presenting new truths & ideas <U>if</U> they are
scriptually sound.
9. RESEARCH; RESEARCH; RESEARCH!
10. Bathe the message in prayer!!
